SeaCrest Yoga and Eclipse Ikebana are delighted to offer a fun and creative 3 hour workshop relaxing with gentle yoga and creating beautiful Japanese style flower arrangements to take home.

Experience a gentle flowing one-hour Hatha yoga and guided meditation session led by experienced yoga instructor, Hannah from SeaCrest Yoga. The yoga session is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and you will be supported to feel comfortable whatever your ability, lifestyle or background. After yoga, you will relax with a guided meditation designed to open your mind to creativity and beauty.
Enjoy a delicious morning or afternoon tea while taking in the atmosphere of the surrounding gardens.
After the break, Shoto will guide you through a hands-on introduction to Ikebana. Learn about Japanese flower arrangement and a have a peek into Japanese culture, as you create two beautiful Ikebana-style flower arrangements to take home.
To enable personalised attention and support, each session is limited to 10 participants. All yoga equipment and ikebana materials provided.

Hannah and Aileen
Hannah is a local artist and qualified Hatha Yoga instructor with a teaching background. She presents a variety of sessions on the Mornington Peninsula, including weekly group yoga classes, art yoga workshops and yoga for teens. For these workshops, Hannah has designed gentle, relaxing and revitalising yoga sequences that are easily adapted to suit all abilities, followed by a meditation designed specially to enhance creativity.
Aileen is a qualified Sogetsu Ikebana teacher with a background in teaching art and information technologies. She teaches Ikebana on the Mornington Peninsula under her official Japanese flower name, Shoto,
