The plan
This summer, you can spend a dreamy afternoon learning how to create creamy gourmet ice-cream, seasonal sorbets, vegan nice creams and granita.
We will start the masterclass with a Sicilian's favourite breakfast, a coffee granita. It will be served in a tall, clear glass topped with freshly whipped cream and a side of delicious brioche.
Next up we will make vegan nice-cream sandwiches filled with strawberry and banana – dairy and egg-free this nice-cream will be sandwiched between two vegan cookies!
Let's also make our own dulce de leche and creme anglaise to create our stunning ice-cream terrines, Turkish delight, vanilla and dulce de leche, delicious.
To finish, we will make the easiest, quickest, healthiest seasonal fruit-based sorbets.
