Ho? geldiniz – ‘Your arrival is lovely’, as they say in Turkey.
Your lunch is lovely too, all six courses of it: a traditional Turkish spread that is both cooking lesson and feast.
Watch from the sidelines or roll up your sleeves and help – that part is up to you – but either way, you will taste each and every dish, from börek to baklava.
The menu includes traditional dips such as white bean, carrot, and eggplant served with warm, fresh Turkish bread. There's Turkish börek pastries, baked eggplant with a lamb or vegetarian filling, kisir salad, and baklava made from hand-rolled pastry.
And, of course, no Turkish feast would be complete without Turkish delight and Turkish tea!
