An Italian look on the 'Farm to Plate' with a focus heavily on cooking with seasonal foods and when they are best in season and how to enhance menus and flavours with an Italian theme.
The fruits of your labour
This varies from class to class. Additional courses or food may be prepared and no additional charges will be incurred for this. All recipes will be provided in a pack for participants to take home.
