The tour includes a presentation at the still where the gin is made explaining the entire process including how we extract flavours from the botanicals. Participants also have the opportunity to taste and smell different botanicals before moving into our cellar door where they are taken through a full gin tasting of four select gins chosen to illustrate different styles.

The plan

Guests will be greeted on arrival with a welcome gin and mixer (tonic, ginger beer, soda). They will then be taken through to the production area where the entire process of gin production is explained and where there is also the opportunity to taste and smell different botanicals.

Following the tour of the production facilities with associated explanations, guests will be taken back to the cellar door and served a full gin tasting flight. The best way to approach tasting gins will be explained along with the different gins on tasting that have been carefully selected to illustrate different styles.

The kit required

All that is required is closed shoes and appropriate dress code for a manufacturing facility.
