About Neil Howatt

Neil has been working at Yarra Valley Estate since January 2019. Prior to that he has been a chef for the past 16 year at a number of venues in the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges.
Neil is married with two children. In his spare time her likes to brew his own beer, go fishing and enjoys attending to his bonsai plants.

He finds working in the Edible Forest amazing, inspiring and almost overwhelming with what he can do with the variety and abundance of produce the forest delivers each season.
