About Nicole Thogersen

Nicole's background is hospitality with a strong focus on wine.

Having completed Wset levels 2 and 3 she moved to the Yarra Valley in 2016.


Having worked in many Hatted restaurants Nicole now calls Seville Estate home and brings a wealth of knowledge and warmth to our guests.
