The plan Ever wondered how the Italians and Germans make such great sausages? Green Olive at Red Hill is the place to learn the art of fresh sausage making. They'll show you everything about bratwurst sausage making: how to select the best cuts of meat and then grind it, choosing herbs and seasonings, and techniques for filling natural sausage casings. Then they'll show you all the different ways you can cook them. You will use spices and fresh garden herbs to individually season your own batch of sausages.
The fruits of your labour Once the hard work is done, you'll sit down, admire the view of the vineyard, kitchen garden and ducks on the dam, while enjoying the tantalising food you just made – along with a glass of Green Olive Estate wine.
