The expert Join experienced health and wellbeing coach Danielle Miche for an afternoon of creative cooking inspired by her worldly travels and love of fresh local produce and robust flavours. Each workshop is uniquely tailored and offers individuals an intimate and innovative experience of culinary creativity.
Danielle's health coaching experience comes from her personal passion to help others on their journey to better health and wellbeing. She believes in the mantra ‘we are what we choose to fuel our bodies with’, and loves offering her guests new skills, delicious twists on favourite recipes, and inspiration for using health-promoting ingredients.
The plan Choose from a range of herbal infusions, warming tonics, or teas for a welcoming drink. Then it’s straight down to business: preparing and cooking a menu made up of locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce, often using Danielle’s own recipes.
The menu may have a few surprises, depending on what seasonal ingredients are available locally on the day, but here’s a sample menu: an entrée of omega-rich herby pesto accompanied by lightly spiced crackers, or a super-green, chilled creamy soup. The main dish might be hearty vegetables and pulses in a rich, immune-boosting broth, or a raw super salad filled with pseudocereals, seeds, fresh herbs and a light and tasty dressing. Dessert will make use of nature’s natural sweeteners, perhaps a chilled smooth mousse topped with toasted and crushed nuts.
The fruits of your labour Each guest will take home a copy of the recipes prepared on the day, the confidence to recreate these healthy meals at home, loads of information about health-promoting foods, and – ideally – the courage to get a little creative in your own kitchen.
The kit required Each guest will be provided with an apron to use throughout the workshop. All you need to bring is a little bit of creativity and your taste buds!
