The plan

Christmas lunch is undoubtedly one of the most memorable (yet stressful) meals of the year. Let us ease this burden by sharing our tips and tricks for hosting a day to remember.

We'll teach you how to turn seasonal produce into some of our favourite Modern Australian dishes that will leave your family wanting more. Featuring cold entrees, easy and delicious mains and a refreshing dessert, this class will give you the confidence you need to ensure your Aussie Christmas is loved by young and old.

While the focus is on techniques for easy dining, we'll also give you tips for planning your preparations early so you can join in the Christmas cheer, too.

The fruits of your labour

Not only will you leave feeling ready to take on Christmas, but you'll also get to enjoy a minimum of two courses and supplied beverages throughout the day. Additional courses or food may be prepared but no additional charges will be incurred for this. Additional drinks can be purchased throughout the day and all recipes will be provided in a pack for participants to take home.
