The plan

If you love Mediterranean food, this one's for you.

You can watch and learn as we go, or put your hands up to get involved. Either way, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy each delicious dish on the menu.

Throughout the class, you'll sample all of the rich, traditional flavours of Turkish cooking (including the delicious baklava), but each dish will have a modern twist you're sure to love.

Turkish food is rich, colourful and layered with culture, it is an integral part of the society, steeped in the history of the Ottoman Empire. Turkish people love eating and take pride in all parts of the process, including the preparation – which is more often than not a family affair.

After this class, you too will be able to replicate these modern Turkish recipes with ease.
