Start with Blanc de Blanc overlooking the original vineyards and move through the property to sample Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
Finally, move up to the winery (or the deck areas in summer) for a bracket of Shiraz, finishing with our beautifully crafted Cabernet.

Tours are available any day of the week with the exclusion of 12pm - 2pm Saturday and Sunday as well as Xmas day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve and day.
24 hours notice is required before each booking.

Tony manages the hospitality at James Halliday "Winery of the Year" Seville Estate.
He is a Yarra Valley local, with a great knowledge of the wines of the region and a Certified Sommelier.
Anna has multiple vintages under her belt both here at Seville but also in Margret River.
Nicole's background is in Restaurants working in many hatted establishments, she moved to the Valley in 2016 and has completed both Wset levels 2 and 3.
