Join us at Provenance for our Grand Spring Banquet. Help us celebrate the opening of our kitchen with an evening of delicious food, award-winning wines and music performances by the Lewis-Florez Duo, all in our glorious historic barrel hall.
Where: Fyansford, Geelong-Bellarine
Join us to celebrate the arrival of spring and the finer things of life. Enjoy a specially designed menu from Chef, Will Manning, curated to complement our elegant and delicious wines.
Guests will arrive at 6pm with live flamenco music from the Lewis-Florez Duo playing at the front of the room. Feasting-style tables will be set up among the wine barrels and guests will mingle at the bar before being guided to their seats.
Entrees will be served as large antipasto platters, laden with meats, cheeses, chutneys, pickles and homemade bread. Mains will be large sharing dishes of lamb and chicken accompanied by plenty of delicious sides. Desserts will be individually plated homemade tarts and pavlovas with a modern twist.
The marvellous food and award-winning wines will be accompanied by live, evocative Spanish music throughout the evening. The Lewis-Florez duo, with their astounding technique and lyricism, will bring out the pure magic of guitar.
We are offering the opportunity for a rustic, authentic dining experience, nestled among the wine barrels in our heritage-listed bluestone building. This is an evening you don’t want to miss!

Scott Ireland began establishing Provenance Wines in the mid-1990s, connecting a patchwork of small local vineyards under the one umbrella. Vintage 2006 saw Sam Vogel come on board to help with winemaking duties. A decade later Sam stepped up further, taking a share of ownership in the business. The pair's dedication has resulted in accolades aplenty for this unique winery: including gold wins at the Melbourne, Geelong and Ballarat wine shows, being awarded Gourmet Traveller's Star Cellar Door, and scoring the James Halliday Wine Companion 2019 Best Value Winery title.
