The planBe a ‘winemaker for a day’ and experience a day of blending, bottling, tasting, making your own wine and learning from our winemaker. Start your day with a vineyard tour to understand the influence of terroir on the finished product and continue exploring the magnificent historic compound that makes up All Saints Estate with a guided tour.
Then it's time for a blending and tasting session in the winemakers' laboratory and barrel room, where you will craft your own unique wine blend to take home. End the morning with a fabulous three-course lunch at our one-hat Terrace Restaurant. Each course will be perfectly matched to All Saints Estate wine for the ultimate food and wine experience.
The fruits of your labourAs well as learning about the craft of winemaking from a fourth-generation winemaker and his team, you will create your own wine blend to take home, and savour the dishes of a three-course lunch with matched wines.
The kit requiredAs you will be working in the winery and the vineyard, it's best to wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Besides this, a sense of adventure is a great place to start – and we will look after the rest.
Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown form the fourth-generation winemaking family that owns and runs All Saints Estate in the famed Rutherglen wine region of Northeast Victoria. The three siblings share a vision of producing outstanding premium table wines and delivering Australia’s finest winery experiences. They believe that innovation, youthful passion, sustainability, a healthy respect for traditional winemaking and a talented team of people are the key to delivering that vision.
